The customer, a Dutch investment company, was interested in a Russian project for the production of feed amino acids (lysine) in one of the Russian regions for the purpose of subsequent export. At the stage of our involvement in the project, the participants had: a research and engineering initiative group consisting of scientists and technologists, a laboratory-confirmed production technology, a business plan for the project, an investor ready to finance the project subject to the initiative group achieving agreed criteria for the development of the project, as well as with local authorities about the location of its implementation.

Check the investor’s existing business plan for feasibility, availability of the necessary R&D resources, and coordinate the launch of the project at the initial (pilot) stage of production.

The existing business plan was analyzed and adjusted, interaction between the research and financial blocks of the project was organized.

Interaction with local authorities was organized. The project received the republican status of "most favored nation" as a significant project with foreign participation. As a support measure, the republic provided a site for the construction of the factory, provided it with the necessary communications.

Several rounds of financing were organized with the attraction of external private investments for a total of EUR 12 million. Result - the construction of the factory building was completed, a pilot production unit was installed and launched.
